H. Dean Andrews, Jr. graduated from Mississippi State University in 1970 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1972. He has been a practicing attorney specializing in litigation in Vicksburg, Mississippi since 1973. He is licensed before all state courts in Mississippi, United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is past president of the Warren County Bar Association, YMCA's Men’s Club and has been actively involved with Seventh Knight since its inception.
